Iman's joyful anticipation of her baby's arrival turned into a nightmare when she experienced severe symptoms. With urgent medical help, she was admitted to Al-Sabeen Hospital in Yemen. Diagnosed with preeclampsia, a dangerous condition, Iman's life and her baby's were at stake. An emergency cesarean section was performed, and the baby was placed in the NICU, fighting for breath. Meanwhile, Iman was receiving intensive care.
