YFCA Hadhramout centre (includes: Hadhramout, Shabwa and Al-Mahra) was inaugurated in Sep 1997.  The service provided by YFCA Hadhramout include distribution of family planning methods to public and community health centers.

In May 1999, first mobile health clinic was introduced in Hadhramout to provide couple of community health services for some areas in need in cooperation with MoHP office in the governorate, public figures and community actors. 

Services provided by the center

•      Care for pregnant women.
•      Gynecology clinic.
•      Counseling services and family planning
•     Clinic to install and remove IUDs.
•      Treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, including voluntary counseling and testing for AIDS.
•      Treatment of children under the age of five.
•      Immunization of pregnant women and children.
•       Medical examinations and laboratory ultrasound detected.
•     Training of health cadres
•     Education and awareness for all men, women and youth.
