As part of the nutrition project, the therapeutic supplementary feeding program aims for lifesaving and reducing the global acute malnutrition rate in the intervention sites. Health workers continue to provide treatment services to children under the age of five and pregnant & lactating women who are suffering from severe acute malnutrition, with continuous follow-up until they get cured. Total achievements of TSFP program in Q2: YFCA has treated 13,627 children under the age of five who suffered from moderate acute malnutrition and 19,343 pregnant & lactating women.
