YFCA started conducting distribution of shielding kits to 8,330 beneficiaries in Al Qahirah-Taiz, these Shielding Kits were funded from UNICEF and ECHO in coordination with GHO-Taiz, The community shielding concept is designed to enable shieling of high-risk individuals to COVID 19 with Knowledge and means. One of these means is shielding Kits which are designed to enable high-risk individuals and their families to protect themselves from being infected with COVID 19 as well as High-risk individuals will have the ability to enable shielding and ensure infection prevention control at the household level. shielding kits distribution conducted from 12-17 December 2021.
