YFCA started construction of handwashing points in Aden ( 6 in Alshikh Othman, 6 in Dar Sa'ad, and 5 in Alburigah),  these handwashing points  Kits were funded from UNICEF and ECHO in coordination with  LWSC-Aden, The WASH component in community shielding is designed to enable shieling of high-risk individuals to COVID 19 with Knowledge and means. One of these means is Handwashing points which are designed to enable high-risk individuals and their families to protect themselves from being infected with COVID 19 as well as ensure of applying infection prevention control in targeted districts within community-level.
