Through the fund of YHF, and to strengthen the education sector in Ataq district of Shabwa governorate, YFCA rehabilitated 14th October school. This intervention included the provision of school furniture such as disks and chairs, as well as the construction of WASH facilities. Around 1058 students were reached throughout this intervention
After the accomplishment of technical works, and on 31st August 2022, the project team handed over the 14th October school to Mr. Salem Hanash, the director of the Education Office in the governorate. Hereby, Mr. Salem Hanash, expressed his great and abundant gratitude to YFCA and YHF for this useful intervention, especially the rehabilitation and construction of latrines as it was highly needed.
