As part of YFCA’s mandate to rapidly respond to the needs of the newly displaced families affected by the recent flooding, YFCA completed the distribution and the installation of the Emergency Shelter Kits (ESKs) to 17 HHs from the IDPs and the most vulnerable host communities in Marib city. Besides installing the ESKs, and to reinforce the principles of sustainability, ownership and development, YFCA has conducted capacity building on the ESKs' installation for the targeted beneficiaries and the camps' inhabitants.

This intervention was implemented by YFCA through a partnership with the Yemen Shelter Cluster, as the ESKs were provided and transported by the Yemen Shelter Cluster Common Pipeline with the support of DRC, and distributed and installed by YFCA.
