YFCA launched Phase II of the “Leaving No Child Behind” project in Hadramout Governorate, in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), with support from Gavi, and in coordination with the Public Health and Population Office.
The project aims to strengthen child immunization services and raise community awareness of the importance of vaccination in protecting children’s health. Implemented across the districts of Seiyun, Tarim, Al-Qatn, and Shibam, the initiative seeks to enhance access to immunization services and promote positive health practices among families and caregivers.
The launch highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts to advance immunization activities, strengthen community engagement, and support healthier communities. Building on the achievements of the first phase, the project will continue to promote awareness, expand outreach activities, and contribute to improved health outcomes for children across targeted areas.
This initiative reflects YFCA’s continued commitment to supporting child health and working with partners to expand access to essential health services and create lasting positive impact in local communities.
