YFCA continued implementing the second round of Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), reaching 1,822 vulnerable families in Haydan and Monabeh districts of Sa'dah Governorate. The assistance was provided under the Building Resilience through Integrated Community-based and Humanitarian Systems Transformation and Leadership in Yemen (BRIGHTLY) project, .
The assistance supports vulnerable households in addressing their most urgent needs and maintaining day-to-day stability, while strengthening their ability to cope with ongoing humanitarian and economic pressures.
Through the MPCA approach, beneficiary households can decide how best to use the assistance based on their individual priorities, allowing them to cover essential needs such as food, healthcare, and other critical expenses. This flexible support helps households respond to their immediate needs while contributing to improved well-being and greater resilience.
YFCA will continue implementing the remaining scheduled rounds of MPCA in August 2026 to ensure continued assistance reaches the targeted households.
Through this intervention, YFCA reaffirms its commitment to delivering effective, accountable, and people-centered humanitarian assistance, supporting vulnerable communities in strengthening their resilience and moving toward greater stability and recovery.
