YFCA is always looking for new partnerships in both international and national NGO. The Yemen Peace School has been one of the growing NGO lead and run by youth that works in peace building in Yemen. YPS has worked with students, schools, teachers, the media, Ministers, to spread the message of peace. They have also used targeted people as a think tank to propose a solution to the current situation and achieving peace.
The meeting was led by Dr Lamia Al-Eryani Chairwoman and founder of the Yemen Peace School and her young, dynamic and innovative team. YFCA was represented by Ms. Deina Murshed Protection, Education and Gender Program Officer.
The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the future partnership between YFCA and YPS for the implementation of a Peace building gender project to provide awareness training to women in various governorates such as Sana’a Al Amana, Ibb and Al Hudaydah.
