Coordinated by OCHA and YFCA; and funded and hosted by UNICEF, A Community Engagement Workshop was conducted by OCHA’s Community Engagement Advisor and facilitated by YFCA and SCG (Searching for Common Ground Foundation). 25 Participants from UN Agencies, INGOS, and NGOs participated in the workshop.
The first of its kind workshop is also to be conducted in Aden on the 1^st of August after a very successful conduction in Sana’a. Being an essential component of the AAP [Accountability to Affected Population] the workshop aims to ensure Community Engagement is integrated in to all Programs implementations and is advocated in all respective UN Clusters.
