To commence the year 2018, YFCA management has arranged the annual staff retreat for all of its staff in the headquarters and hubs. The event was part of the management’s endeavor to make YFCA a better place to work and to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The retreat was a time for reflection and renewal coupled with much fun; and was a perfect way to engage staff and get their eyes off the screens! Staff were encouraged to know more about each other, how to communicate better and work as a team. The Executive Director (ED) granted special team awards to some of our YFCA colleagues thanking them for their hard work and dedication. In their turn, YFCA staff handed the ED an appreciation trophy for his exceptional leadership and outstanding vision.A big bravo goes out to the organizing team! Here are a few photos of the event.
