As part of the nutrition project, the therapeutic supplementary feeding program aims for lifesaving and reducing the global acute malnutrition rate in the intervention sites. Health workers continue to provide treatment services to children under the age of five and pregnant and lactating women suffering from severe acute malnutrition, and follow-up them until the curing stage, in 137 targeted health facilities in the following locations:

• Al Dhale’e (Al Husha and Al Azareq Districts)

• Hadramout (Amd, Huraidhah, and Al Abr Districts)
