YFCA has established Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) Community Committees in Shabwah and Ad Dali' Governorates. The establishment of these committees is part of the broader project, "Multi-sectoral Emergency Response to support IDPs and other vulnerable groups in Ad Dali' and Shabwah Governorates, funded by the German Federal Foreign Ministry (AA) in partnership with Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH),  which aims to provide comprehensive support to IDPs and vulnerable groups in Yemen. 

These UCT Community Committees, formed in coordination with local authorities, will facilitate the selection and registration of beneficiaries based on specific criteria. Their involvement ensures that assistance reaches those most in need in targeted areas within Shabwah and Ad Dali' Governorates.

 The initiative recognizes the importance of working closely with community representatives to effectively address the needs of large populations and implement activities smoothly.
