Within the activities of the project “ Provision of emergency shelter assistance to the most vulnerable groups at risk to be affected by floods and natural hazards”, YFCA provided 400 Non-Food Items (NFIs) kits to the most affected internally displaced persons (IDPs) and local communities in Marib City District, which has been hit by severe seasonal flooding. The distribution aims to provide immediate relief and support to those who have lost their homes and essential household items due to natural disasters.
The 400 NFIs kits contain essential items such as blankets, mattresses, kitchen utensils, hygiene kits, and other necessary supplies. The kits will help the beneficiaries cope with the harsh conditions and improve their living standards.
The distribution of NFIs kits by YFCA is part of its ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of those affected by natural disasters in Yemen.
