YFCA, funded by Muslim Aid UK, distributed 300 basic hygiene kits (BHKs) to the beneficiaries in Haridah and Rakhyah districts of Hadramawt governorate as part of the activities of the project “Provision of Lifesaving MSP Healthcare Services and Personal Hygiene Promotion Activities to Most Vulnerable People”. The BHKs contain essential items such as washing powder, soap, sanitary pads, plastic basins, jerry cans, towels, and ceramic filters. The distribution of BHKs aims to encourage families to adopt a more hygienic lifestyle, which is critical for preventing the spread of infectious diseases and helping people lead long and healthy lives. The project also provides medical screening and treatment, nutrition counseling, and health education to the beneficiaries. By implementing this activity YFCA hopes that it will contribute to improving the health and well-being of the people in Haridah and Rakhyah districts, and to supporting the resilience and recovery of the communities in Hadramawt governorate.
