YFCA conducted a two-day training for its field project team involved in the project “Provision of Durable Solutions Through a Comprehensive Shelter, And Education Interventions In Taiz Governorate- Yemen” funded by Hilton Conrad Foundation. The training aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staff in data collection and dissemination, as well as to ensure the quality and reliability of the data gathered from the beneficiaries. The training involved a team of seven the project field team who learned about different aspects of the shelter programs. They were trained on the data collection methodologies, assessment criteria, tools, and objectives of the dissemination campaigns and awareness raising. The training equipped the project field team with the skills and knowledge to collect reliable data and communicate effectively with the beneficiaries. YFCA’s two-day training is part of its efforts to improve the living conditions of the vulnerable people in Yemen, especially those affected by the ongoing conflict and displacement. The shelter programs aim to provide safe and dignified housing solutions, as well as renewable energy kits, to the beneficiaries. By training its staff, YFCA ensures that the data collection and dissemination processes are conducted professionally and ethically and that the beneficiaries are well-informed and satisfied with the services provided.
