From May 29-30 in Al Dhali and from June 2-3 in Shabwah, the Yemen Family Care Association (YFCA) convened a 9-person project team for a two-day internal workshop to kick off the second year of their “Building Resilience through Integrated Transformation and Leadership in Yemen” (BRIGHTLY) initiative.

The workshops provided an opportunity to review lessons learned from the first year and engage in detailed planning for upcoming BRIGHTLY activities and interventions. They also featured training sessions on technical aspects of project management, ensuring the team is well-prepared for the challenges ahead.

Through these comprehensive workshops, YFCA aimed to equip the project team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively implement the second year of the BRIGHTLY project. This initiative is focused on building resilience and fostering transformative leadership in Yemen, addressing the critical needs of the communities they serve.
