YFCA conducted a comprehensive training program on "Good Agricultural Practices for Livestock Farming." This initiative, part of the "Building Resilience in Yemen through Integrated Community-Led Humanitarian Systems (BRIGHTLY)" project, was generously funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
The training saw enthusiastic participation from various districts, with 29 participants from Al-Dhale City District, 19 from Al-Shaeeb District in Al-Dhale Governorate, and 25 from Mayfa'a District in Shabwah Governorate. The course aimed to equip these participants with essential livestock knowledge and skills, thereby enhancing their livelihoods and resilience against economic and environmental challenges.
This initiative underscores YFCA's tendency to empower local communities and promote sustainable development. By providing practical training and resources, YFCA is helping to build a more resilient and self-sufficient agricultural and livestock sector in Yemen.
