YFCA Provides Winter Relief to Displaced Households in Marib Al-Wad-Marib Gov

In response to the harsh winter conditions faced by displaced households, YFCA, funded by Muslim Aid, provided critical winterization support to 75 of the most vulnerable households in the Marib Al-Wadi district, Marib gov. This activity is part of Enhancing the Living Conditions and Disaster Resilience of Displaced Households.
The assistance package, designed to protect households from the severe cold, included blankets and winter clothing for people of all ages, with special consideration for children and the elderly. The targeted households were identified following a thorough field assessment of humanitarian needs in the internally displaced persons (IDP) site.
This timely intervention has brought much-needed relief to households struggling to cope with the winter chill. Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the support, noting that the assistance has significantly improved their living conditions during these challenging months.
This initiative highlights the importance of targeted humanitarian interventions in addressing seasonal challenges faced by displaced communities. Muslim Aid and YFCA remain committed to supporting vulnerable populations and improving their resilience.
