YFCA inaugurated a mobile clinic in Marib Al Wadi to deliver essential medical services to the most vulnerable populations. This initiative is part of the project titled "Provision of Essential Trauma Lifesaving Health Care Services within the MSP Package to the Most Vulnerable Population of IDPs and Host Community and Responding to Cholera Outbreak at Marib City and Marib Al Wadi Districts of Marib Governorate."
The mobile clinic aims to offer comprehensive healthcare services, including medical consultations, reproductive health services, vaccinations, and the provision of essential medications. The initiative focuses on several key objectives:
YFCA is dedicated to providing integrated medical services to the most vulnerable groups in the community. By increasing access to basic healthcare in remote areas, the association aims to bridge the gap in healthcare availability. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing reproductive health by offering consultations and services specifically for women and girls. Additionally, the clinic ensures that essential medications are available to those in need.
Raising health awareness is another critical component of the initiative. YFCA is committed to educating the community about the importance of the provided health services and methods for disease prevention. The association also offers special support to the most vulnerable groups, including women, children, and the elderly.
This initiative marks a significant step towards improving healthcare access and quality for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and the host community in Marib Al Wadi. YFCA remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting the health and well-being of Yemen's most vulnerable populations.
