YFCA delivered the second round of Cash for Protection to 70 households in Marib City under the project “Provision of essential life‑saving and life‑sustaining multisectoral support to the most vulnerable communities in Marib City and Khab Wa Ash Sha’f,” funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF). Assistance was provided via Focal Service Provider distribution points in coordination with local authorities and Community Committees to ensure safe, accountable delivery. Each household received 635,400 Yemeni rials, aligned to the Protection Cluster’s transfer value equivalent to 225 USD, enabling families to access critical services such as medical care, psychosocial support, safe shelter, and legal documentation according to individual protection needs. This round forms part of the Individual Protection Assistance within the Cash for Protection activity, aiming to reduce protection risks, support safe and equitable access to services, and preserve dignity and independence for women, children, persons with disabilities, and displaced families.
