YFCA with support from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), has officially launched the distribution of cash grants aimed at stimulating small business development in Al Dhale’e and Shabwah Governorates.
This initiative represents a key milestone in the third year of the BRIGHTLY Project – “Building Resilience through Integrated Community-based and Humanitarian Systems Transformation and Leadership in Yemen.” The activity is strategically designed to empower vulnerable households by providing financial support to establish or expand income-generating activities, helping families build sustainable livelihoods.
Through these cash grants, YFCA seeks to strengthen the resilience of targeted communities and promote local economic stability amidst ongoing challenges. A total of 154 beneficiaries will receive support as part of YFCA’s broader livelihoods and economic empowerment interventions across the two governorates.
This effort underscores YFCA’s unwavering commitment to fostering community resilience, economic empowerment, and long-term prosperity in Yemen. YFCA remains dedicated to supporting the growth of small businesses that contribute to stronger, more self-reliant local economies.
