YFCA Launches Community Campaign to Enhance Child Immunization Awareness in Hadhramout Gov.

YFCA organized a community awareness event in Al-Batina, Al-Qatn District, as part of its ongoing effort to improve child immunization rates. Supported by local authorities, the Public Health Office of Wadi and Desert Hadhramaut, the International Rescue Committee, and Gavi, this event aimed to educate parents on the importance of vaccinating their children.
The event opened with a strong message about the necessity of combating misinformation surrounding vaccinations. Community leaders emphasized the critical role that immunization plays in preventing diseases and safeguarding public health.
