YFCA Launches Cash Grants and Agricultural Support for Vulnerable Communities in Shabwah & Al-Dhalee Gov.
Wednesday, 03 December, 2025

In a significant effort to bolster community resilience, YFCA initiated a program to distribute cash grants and agricultural kits to beneficiaries involved in vegetable farming and livestock rearing. This initiative, developed in collaboration with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), targets vulnerable communities in Al-Dhalee and Shabwah governorates.
From December 3-6, 2025, YFCA will provide essential resources to 136 beneficiaries, supporting their immediate needs and enhancing living standards. This effort is part of the BRIGHTLY Project, which focuses on integrated community-based and humanitarian systems transformation.
The distribution of agricultural kits is a key component of YFCA's livelihood support activities. By equipping households with necessary tools and resources, the program aims to foster resilience and promote sustainable development.
Training sessions will accompany the distribution, equipping participants with skills to maximize agricultural output, addressing food security and economic challenges. YFCA is dedicated to supporting the well-being of communities throughout Yemen and building a more resilient nation.
