The training aims to enhance livelihoods by equipping beneficiaries with essential skills for the labor market. It provides modern theoretical and practical knowledge tailored to local market demands. To support female participants, a children's nursery established, allowing women to focus on training while ensuring their children are cared for in a safe environment.
