For the purpose of capacity building for Yemen Family Care Association’s (YFCA’s) staff in 2022, YFCA has held a ceremony honoring its staff for attending a number of training courses in humanitarian work, targeting 16 employees from various departments and 13 field staff. This was all part of the organization's in-depth view of implementing its strategic training plan; hence, presenting various tools and methods to achieve greater inclusiveness.
 
Mr. Mohanna, the General Manager, gave a speech of appreciation to everyone who participated in the training courses and to all trainers. The event included the distribution of achievement certificates, wishing them further success and growth in their careers.
