A kickoff meeting was conducted to initiate the project of "Provision of emergency, life-saving, and resilient WASH assistance for the most acutely vulnerable IDPs and host communities including persons with disabilities (PWD)" at Damt, Juban, and Qatabah districts of Al-Dhale Gov, and Baqim district of Sa'ada Gov. The meeting took place at YFCA office in Sana'a yesterday on March 26th, 2023. The meeting was led by the project manager, Eng. Mohammed Almekhlafi, and was attended by the project team at Sana'a office as well as the team in the field who joined through Zoom. Moreover, representatives from the MEAL, CMU, and Compliance units attended, in addition to the Admin and Security officer. The purpose of the kickoff meeting was to introduce the project team, briefly review the project goals and objectives, and discuss the project plan and timeline. The attendees participated well and showed their willingness to cooperate and work harder since the timeline of the project is tight and requires extra efforts to be conducted according to the timeline.
