Working with community committees allows humanitarian actors to work effectively with large populations and to implement activities smoothly.

From that standpoint, Yemen Family Care Association (YFCA) has formed five community committees in two districts (Bayhan and Al-Rawdah Districts) in Shabwah Governorate in coordination with local authorities in the targeted areas within the activities of cash for work and unconditional cash. Each community committees consists of six members including women and men.   
                 
Those community committees will play important role in the registration of beneficiaries for cash for work and unconditional cash activities in the targeted areas within the selection criteria. 

Cash for work and unconditional cash activities are considered as one of the activities of the project of Yemen Hunger Crisis Response, which is funded by the  Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH).
