As part of the BRIGHTLY Project's localization strategy, YFCA organized a comprehensive knowledge transfer workshop. This event aimed to evaluate the challenges faced by Local Implementing Partners (LIPs) over the past year, assess the effectiveness of innovative tools, identify persisting challenges, and formulate a sustainable plan for future project phases.
The annual workshop serves as a crucial platform for the exchange of best practices, problem solving, and the enhancement of sustainability measures. This year's focus was on the pivotal role of local partners in sustaining humanitarian and development initiatives. Discussions centered on integrating sustainability into the BRIGHTLY Project, applying lessons learned, and strengthening collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders to foster long-term resilience.
